Frequently Asked Questions Before Reaching Out

Before sending us a message, you might find your answer in our frequently asked questions below:

  • Q: Why did my scan time out?
A: For extraordinarily large websites (50,000+ pages), the scanner might pause or time out. Ensure your server isn't rate-limiting the scanner. If issues persist, send us your domain name through the contact form, and we will perform a dedicated analysis.
  • Q: Is there really no limit to the free scans?
A: Yes! As long as our server health allows, there is no hard cap. However, fair usage policies apply to prevent abuse of the platform.
  • Q: Do you plan to add an API?
A: An official API access point is currently in development. If you represent an agency or enterprise interested in early access, please select "Business Inquiry" in the contact form below.
